What Cookies We Use
DocScoop uses minimal browser storage for functionality only. The current web client keeps its authentication token in sessionStorage for the lifetime of the browser tab. We do not use traditional tracking cookies.
Analytics
We use Plausible for website analytics. Plausible is a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not track users across websites.
No Third-Party Tracking
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking service. There are no advertising cookies on DocScoop.
Managing Cookies
Closing the browser tab or clearing sessionStorage signs you out. Blocking cookies does not affect the client portal, which uses a scoped access token in its URL.
