Can I try DocScoop before paying?
Yes. The early-access Free workspace supports up to 3 active clients without a credit card. Team access is not a sellable entitlement in the current release. Gated workflows are labelled in the product and on this page.
What happens if I exceed my active-client limit?
The workspace blocks new active clients after the current limit is reached. Team invitations and paid limit upgrades are not publicly released yet; archive an inactive client or contact DocScoop before relying on additional capacity.
Is paid checkout available?
Paid checkout is not open yet. The Pro catalog is a preview and no payment can be started from DocScoop today.
Why are monthly and annual prices shown?
They document the reviewed Pro catalog target: $29.99 monthly or $239.99 annually. They are not active purchase offers while commerce is closed.
What if my firm needs more capacity?
Contact hello@docscoop.com with your client count and workflow needs. DocScoop will not quote or charge for an unavailable plan; the request is used to shape release requirements.
