Can I try DocScoop before paying?
Yes. The Free plan is fully functional with up to 3 active clients and 1 team member. No credit card required. Use it as long as you like, and upgrade to Pro when you need more capacity.
What happens if I exceed my client or seat limit?
You won't lose access to any existing data. You simply won't be able to add new active clients or invite additional team members until you upgrade to a plan with higher limits, or archive existing clients to free up slots.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is charged once per year at $239.99 (equivalent to $20/mo), saving you 33% compared to monthly billing at $29.99/mo. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your settings.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted.
